Our small Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is governed by a board of volunteers from the neighborhood, elected annually at the December Association meeting.  The HOA is constantly working for the betterment of the neighborhood by promoting a high level of pride in homeownership, as well as by promoting and sponsoring community events throughout the year that give us an opportunity to come together and celebrate as neighbors.  We are a fun and welcoming community on this small island of ours, and look forward to welcoming you!
