Welcome to North Town Woods

Bainbridge Island is known for its charming, small-town life.  This feeling is echoed in the popular North Town Woods development, which features 70 homes nestled on ten acres of land. Developed initially in 2000, North Town Woods is located just over 1 mile from Winslow and the downtown core of Bainbridge Island.  The homes in North Town Woods are known for their classic appearance and Craftsman Style, both inside and out.  One of the more popular features of many of the homes in this area is the detached garages, some with finished guest spaces above.

North Town Woods is one of the true “neighborhoods” on Bainbridge Island, where kids can freely ride their bikes and play without too much worry.  The neighborhood consists of the larger lower “loop” and the upper and smaller “drive”, and also includes a large common area with a playground and picnic/event facilities.  In addition to these wonderful amenities, North Town Woods enjoys convenient access to schools and the greater community.  We are situated directly across the street from Sakai Intermediate and Woodward Middle Schools, connected by separate and safe walking paths. We also enjoy easy and convenient access to HWY 305 and the growing Coppertop Business Center, all while remaining within easy walking and/or driving distance to grocery shopping, the aquatic center, the library, the Bainbridge Island/Seattle Ferry, and other Winslow shops and restaurants.

Our small Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is governed by a Board of volunteers from the neighborhood.  The HOA is constantly working for the betterment of the neighborhood by promoting a high level of pride in homeownership, as well as by promoting and sponsoring community events throughout the year that give us an opportunity to come together and celebrate as neighbors.
